By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before placing an order. More than Layers reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Why? Because everything is made on demand and per order. This takes up a lot of our resources.

Defective or Damaged Products: In the event that your received product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. We may request photographic evidence to assess the issue. We also take pictures before shipping. If the defect is confirmed, More than Layers will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Change of Mind: Refunds due to a change of mind are not guaranteed after 24 hours. Please review your order carefully before confirming. If considered, a restocking fee of up to 50% may apply. This depends on the stage and resources your design is in
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Important:
Several types of 3D printed objects are exempt from being returned. Custom made projects that we specially made with or for you and large scale projects cannot be returned.
Replacements at more than layers are possible under a few circumstances.
- defective or Damaged Products: More than Layers will provide a replacement for defective or damaged products, subject to the conditions outlined in the “Refunds” section.
- Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit, please notify us promptly. More than Layers will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. If the package cannot be located, we will either issue a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
Please be noted that a custom made project or print can only be replaced by the exact same model that has been ordered.

Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. More than Layers is not liable for any delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses.

Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for paying any additional charges levied by their country’s customs authorities.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
